We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data you enter into the app — including client details, invoice records, business profiles, and settings — is stored locally on your device only.
2. How Your Data Is Stored
All data created within Ezy Invoice is saved to your device's private local storage and is never uploaded to any server. This means:
- Your data is accessible only through the Ezy Invoice app on your device.
- Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data.
- We have no ability to access, view, or recover your data remotely.
3. Offline Functionality
Ezy Invoice works entirely without an internet connection. No network requests are made to external servers during normal app usage. Internet access may only be involved when:
- Receiving app updates via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (managed by Google/Apple, not us).
- You manually share an invoice via email or a messaging app.
4. Permissions We Request
The app may request the following permissions on your device:
- Storage: to save generated invoice PDF files to your device.
- Camera or media access (if applicable): only when you choose to add a logo or image to an invoice.
Permissions are used only for the related app features and can be managed in your device settings at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
Ezy Invoice does not integrate with any analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data tracking services. We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any information in the first place.
The app is distributed through the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store, which have their own independent privacy policies. We encourage you to review those separately.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may collect and process certain data, such as advertising IDs, device information, and usage signals, to provide and personalize ads (subject to your region and settings).

8. Your Rights & Data Control

- You can permanently remove all app data by uninstalling the application.
